Picksburg Mundy

Welcome to Picksburg week n'at.

It's time to prepare for fans of the University of Pittsburgh to show up for the game.  Perhaps as much as 60% of Heinz Field will be there to watch their own team.

The rest will be cheering for the Irish, as usual  when Notre Dame comes to town. This of course means that if Notre Dame gets up on Pitt quickly, the Pitt fans will morph into empty seats (seen here)

Hopefully, the Irish can execute a game plan that minimizes the number of players who join the parade of injured Irish.  And hopefully this game plan allows Tommy Rees the time he needs to find an open man, maybe sneak in a bit of meditation, and then throw a touchdown pass as the opposing player writhes in pain on the ground.

It's moments of failure like this that would infuriate Pittsburgh's radio hosts.  The greatest of which called games in Pittsburgh for the Steelers for decades: Myron Cope.

linked.

So take a listen, and do not under any circumstances try to drink every time you hear the word 'yoi!'
