Three days until the tilt against Purdue. Now, some of you may be considering a trip down to West Lafayette. I must warn you to be cautious of several things.
First, this road game will take place in Indiana, where the Indiana State Excise Police (ISEP) hold sway. There is no word on whether All-Star officer Ronald McDonald will be protecting the morals of visiting Notre Dame fans from the evils of the devil liquors:
Second, I can neither confirm nor deny whether Purdue's most famous fan. Back in 2006, she hit the rare trifecta of pregnancy, drinking, AND tobacco use. Observe:

Third, you will get to see 'The World's Largest Drum'. Well, not EXACTLY the world's largest drum. There's a bigger marching band bass drum at the Univ. of Texas-Austin (surprise, surprise), and the granddaddy of all drums is in fact Irish.
Please remember this when you hear 'World's Largest Drum' nonsense.
