Happy Friday, Irish fans!
I don't know about you, but I'm shocked at how fast this week has flown by:
Fortunately, this means game day is tomorrow. Against Air Force. Fortunately, former Irish quarterback Dayne Crist took time out of his day to put together a preview film for Air Force. Watch it here:
OK. That wasn't exactly what I was hoping for.
The good news is that Air Force is a no-good, very bad, football team. They defeated MIGHTY COLGATE!

And followed it up with losses: to Utah State, 52-20. To Boise State, 42-20. To Wyoming, 56-23. To Nevada, 45-42. To the Naval Academy, 28-10. And to San Diego State, 27-20. They have lost their last six games by an average score of 19 points, surrendering 250 total points in the process. Their defense stinks. Really, really stinks. It's enough to take the Academy's mind off of a massive cheating scandal amongst the student body. Sure, it might be a sore spot. But go ahead and toss it around. Just be sure to use the Military Language Conversion Chart (see link) properly.
The last time we went to Colorado Springs was the 2006 depantsing of Air Force. Lets do it again, despite Big Lou Nix
being out with tendinitis. We'll be fine.
